Goodwill Gives Back Q4 Service Event Pre-Screening Registration Form

Please review the event details below and complete all required fields. Your information will be reviewed and forwarded to your supervisor for approval. Once approved, your participation will need to be entered into Time & Pay for scheduling and time tracking. You will receive an email confirmation once your registration and approval are finalized.

Virginia Event:
Monday, December 15

Important Notes:
– Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Forms are time-stamped upon completion for our records.
– To ensure all team members have an opportunity to participate, please register for the event closest to your home base or regular work location (for example, Kingsport team members should register for the Tennessee event).
